The construction was undertaken by Ustay Construction Company, Turkey, which has high credentials in the oil sector which stems from their over 35 years experience. Channel's Poti Terminal provides a vital link between the rapidly developing petroleum producing regions of the Caucasus and Central Asia and international markets.
